    By hovering over the four-square logo located at the top right of the screen, a dropdown menu will appear. Select “Animal List” to access all the animals you’ve already registered in the software. You can search using various criteria: animal name, species, breed, identification number, or owner’s name. Don’t forget to click “Search” to display the results.

  • Client List

    • Hover the four-square logo at the top right of the screen to display a dropdown menu.
    • Select Client List. You will then access the list of clients already registered in the software.
      • You can search for a specific client using criteria such as their name, or create a new client.
    • To add a new client:
      • Click on Add New Client.
      • Fill in all required information, especially the email address, which is mandatory to create the client profile. This also ensures proper delivery of reports and other consultation documents to the client.
    • On the right:
      • The Client Source section refers to the person who referred this client.
    • The tabs Human, Animals, and Type of Housing allow you to:
      • Indicate how many people live with the dog.
  • Documentary Resources

    By hovering over the question mark icon and selecting the Documentary Resources tab, you’ll gain access to a variety of resources made available to you. These documents can be printed for your clients or displayed in your clinic to better inform your clientele.

    The available resources are organized by animal type (dog or cat). Find the document you’re interested in, then double-click it to download it to your computer.

    Feel free to make use of these valuable materials—for example, by attaching them to your consultation reports.

  • Consultation List

    Accessing the Consultation List

    1. Hover over the four-square logo at the top right to display a dropdown menu.
    2. Select Consultation List. You will be redirected to the consultation list, which also serves as the software’s home screen.

    Available Features:

    • You can sort consultations, for example by date, to find a specific one.
    • To view all details related to a consultation, click on its date.
    • From this list, you can also access the associated client and animal records.
  • Notification

    The bell icon located at the top right gives you access to your notifications. In general, these notifications will appear when a software update has been performed or when one of your clients has completed a behavioral questionnaire.

  • Subscription invoices

    To access your subscription invoices, hover over your name at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select My Invoices. You will then be able to view all your invoices directly from that section

    Need help using the software? If you have a question, simply hover your cursor over the question mark icon. A dropdown menu will appear, giving you access to several options:

    • Browse the FAQ to find quick answers
    • Contact technical support to report a bug or ask a question
    • Watch video tutorials, like the one you’re currently following

    Everything is designed to guide you step by step in using the software.
