Initial Behavioral Assessment

- Click on New Consultations.
- Enter the client’s information (pay special attention to the email address).
- Fill in the animal’s details.
- Click on Initial Behavioral Assessment to confirm.
- Consultation Screen
- Write personal notes (e.g., reason for the assessment).
- Left side: client profile.
- Right side: animal information sheet.
- You can upload a photo of the animal.
- Click on Save to confirm the entered information.
- Questionnaire
- Click on the Questionnaire tab.
- The questionnaire is organized into categories:
- Self-control
- Fear
- Attachment
- Social integration
- Communication and education
- You can:
- Complete it with the client
- Send it by email (can be completed at home or in the waiting room)
- Once completed, the questionnaire is automatically updated in the assessment.
- Click on Grid Summary to identify areas for improvement.
- Therapy
- Therapy tab:
- Write a personal comment.
- Left side: therapies suggested by the software.
- Two categories: environmental and behavioral.
- Available actions:
- Drag a therapy into the middle box to add it to the report.
- Drag into “to do later” for follow-up.
- Drag into “discard” if no longer relevant.
- Manual search:
- Type a keyword (e.g., “fear”, “noise”) to find suitable therapies.
- Click on the therapy to add it to the report.
- Therapy tab:
- Prescription
- If managed by an assistant or without prescription medications:
- Check “Only non-prescription”.
- The software suggests over-the-counter products.
- To add a product:
- Click on it to open the dropdown menu.
- Select and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
- Right side: pencil icon to edit dosage.
- Dosage is displayed automatically.
- Adjust doses or units if needed.
- Click on Save.
- To manually add a medication: click

Behavioral Follow-up Report

- Click on New Consultation.
- Check the box indicating that the client already exists in the application.
- Click on Select Client and enter their name.
- Selecting the Animal
- On the right, click on the animal’s name, then select the relevant animal.
- Then click on Follow-up Behavioral Assessment.
Displayed Information:
- Data about the animal and previous questionnaire results.
- Medications prescribed during the last consultation, with questions such as:
- Was the medication administered?
- Were there any side effects?
- What was the administered dosage?
- Were there any difficulties with administration?
- Therapies
- Find all previously prescribed therapies. For each therapy, indicate:
- Whether it was carried out.
- Any difficulties encountered.
- Your decision to continue or discontinue it.
- Find all previously prescribed therapies. For each therapy, indicate:
- Questionnaire
- Complete the questionnaire with your client or send it by email so they can fill it out on their smartphone (e.g., in the waiting room).
- Once completed, click on Summary to compare the results with those from the previous appointment.
- You can also select any other summary previously created in the software.
Note: If the questionnaire is not completed, the software will not suggest any therapies (environmental, behavioral, or medicinal) in the following tabs.
- Therapy
- Therapies continued or discontinued will be automatically categorized based on your responses.
- Therapies marked as To do later will remain in that category until your next appointment.
- If the questionnaire is fully completed, the software will suggest therapies:
- Add them by dragging them to the center.
- Search for new options using keywords.
- Place some therapies in To do later to review them later.
- Classify therapies as Discard if they will no longer be used.
- Other Tabs: Prescription, Summary, and Email Sending
- These steps work the same way as in the initial behavioral assessment.
