Currently, client information must be entered manually into Psy4Vet—even when it already exists in the clinic’s practice management software. The goal is to automate this process, eliminating duplicate data entry and saving valuable time for veterinarians and assistants.
In the near future, a single button could allow for the automatic transfer of key data such as the dog’s name, the owner’s name, and their email address, making it easier to launch behavioral assessments without any extra effort.
Implementing such interconnectivity requires collaboration with each existing practice management system. This step involves complex technical coordination to open gateways between platforms.
Initial contact has already been made with several software providers to explore potential solutions. Although this feature is not yet available, integration is a strategic priority in the evolution of the Psy4Vet project.
